Our Policy
1. No Refunds After Activation
- Once a paid package, such as a Featured Ad, Boosted Ad, or Multiple Ad Posting, is activated and your ad goes live on the website, no refunds will be issued.
- The service is considered used once the ad is posted.
2. Cancellation and Refund (Before Activation Only)
- If you have purchased a package but have not yet used it (i.e., your ad has not been posted), you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
- Contact our support team to initiate the process (see contact details below).
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. No Refunds for External Factors
- We do not provide refunds for changes in search engine algorithms, platform policies, or other external factors that may affect ad performance.
- If you modify your ad after posting and issues arise, no refunds will be provided.
4. User-to-User Transactions
- goshp.com facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the quality, condition, or delivery of items.
- For issues with purchased items (e.g., defective or non-delivered), contact the seller directly using the contact details provided in the ad or through our secure messaging system.
- If the seller agrees to a refund, notify us at goshphelp@gmail.com with proof of agreement (e.g., email or message). If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Payment Processing
- All payments are securely processed, supporting methods like credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking..
- A confirmation is sent via email or notification upon successful transaction. Ensure accurate details are provided to avoid delays.
- For failed transactions where funds are deducted but not received by goshp.com, your bank will refund the amount within 7-10 business days. Contact your bank if the refund is delayed.
Chargebacks and Disputes
- If you suspect an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction, contact us immediately at goshphelp@gmail.com.
- To prevent chargebacks, all refunds are processed to the original payment method.
